Return Policy

At webSD, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, the software you purchased is not functioning properly and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may request a return within 7 days of your purchase.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Timeframe:
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Condition:
The software must be non-functional, and our support team must be unable to provide a solution after troubleshooting.

RETURN PROCESS

Submit a Request:
To initiate a return request, contact our customer support team through our contact page. Please provide detailed information regarding the issue you are experiencing.

Support Verification:
Our support team will attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue. If the problem persists and no solution is available, the return process will be initiated.

Approval:
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will be notified via email.

AFTER RETURN APPROVAL

After approval, you may choose one of the following options:

Exchange:
You may exchange the software for another product of equal value. Full details are available on our Exchange Policy page.

Refund:
If you prefer a refund, it will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and issued to the original payment method.
